The rotating shaft is supported by the bearing, which is the part with the heaviest load and the part that is easy to wear out.

(1) fault check

Check in operation: when the rolling bearing is less oil, it will give out abnormal sound, slightly regular "card, card" sound, may be ball breakage. If there is sand and other debris in the bearing, there will be a noise.

After disassembly check: check the bearing for traces of wear, and then hold bearing inner ring with the hand, and makes the bearing straight, another hand push outside rims, if the bearing is good, the outer rims should rotate smoothly, no vibration in rotation and obvious card lag phenomenon, such as no reversal phenomenon after bearing stalling, shows that the bearing has been scrapped, need timely replacement. The left hand is stuck in the outer ring, the right hand holds the inner ring, and then the bearing is pushed in the axial direction.

(2) trouble repair

Bearing surface rust with emery cloth sanding, and then clean with gasoline: or bearing cracks or excessive wear, to replace in time. When replacing a new bearing, make sure the new bearing type meets the requirements.
